CNS disorders like traumatic brain injury (TBI), PTSD, depression, anxiety and substance use disorders (SUDs) encompass a wide range of symptoms, including cognitive impairment, behavioral changes, problems with movement and emotional disturbances. TBI and its associated conditions affect 2.8 million Americans,1 nearly ⅓ of the U.S. population. Combat-exposed Veterans experience TBIs at over 10 times the civilian rate 2, 3 and suffer from elevated suicide rates 57% higher than the general population.4
